The countdown is on! With just 12 days until New Year's Eve, planning can feel more stressful than celebratory. But don’t worry—Party Place has even more options this week for private parties and ticketed events. Skip the chaos, avoid the last-minute panic, and secure your perfect NYE plan now.

Host Your Private NYE Party

Below is a summary all the Party Place partners that are available for NYE. To reserve any of these options, email us (if the link doesn't work, email victor@partyplace.nyc) and let’s make your New Year's Eve unforgettable!

Saint Restaurant and Speakeasy

  • Spaces and Capacity: 
    • Chandelier Bar: Up to 75
    • Speakeasy: Up to 150
    • Grand Bar: Up to 50
    • Secret Garden: Up to 50
  • Details: Each space will be designated as semi-private for your group, and we’ll have a DJ and music playing all night!

Keybar

  • Capacity: 0-120, small groups welcome
  • Details: $20 at the door, 8pm to 2am, DJs all night, Ball Drop on our HUGE screen, complimentary midnight toast (champagne),
  • Afterparty: Keep the celebration going with our afterparty from 2am-8am

The Skinny

Mezzanine

  • Capacity: Minimum 30 guests, maximum 80
  • Price: $135 per person (includes $10 gratuity); special Rate: $110 per person for groups of 45 or more
  • Details: 5-hour premium liquor open bar open bar from 9pm-2am; includes hors d'oeuvres

Front Stage

  • Capacity: Minimum 40 guests
  • Price: $110 per person (includes $10 gratuity)
  • Details: 4-hour premium liquor open bar open bar from 9pm-1am

General Admission

  • Capacity: Single-ticket purchase, no reserved seating
  • Price: $110 per person (includes $10 gratuity)
  • Details: 4-hour Open Bar 9pm-1am

The Hunterian  

  • Capacity: Full buyout, fits 40
  • Open Bar Package: Starting at $50 for 2 hours ($10/additional hour)
  • Minimum Spend Alternative: $750 for 2 hours, $250 per additional hour
  • Notes: They do not serve food; you can bring outside catering

The Cactus Shop

  • Capacity: 80 to 125 guests, must be a full buyout from 8pm to 1am
  • Per Person Package: $125 per guest (+ tax and tip), includes:
    • 4.5 hour open bar 8:00 - 12:30 am
    • 2 hours of hors d'oeuvres 8:00 - 10:00 pm
    • Churros & Champagne toast at Midnight
    • Live DJ 
    • Live countdown to 2025 
  • Alternatively: open to full buyout with a $6,000 minimum spend

Blue Haven South - Private Situation Room

  • Capacity: 85
  • Minimum spend requirement: $4,000
  • Notes: Will have a private satellite bar and screens you can control

Lavender Lake

  • Capacity: minimum 50, maximum 100
  • Open Bar Package: See the different drink & food packages listed on their venue page, they're open to offering any of those

Skinos 

Private Mykonos room

  • Capacity: Fits 40
  • Minimum Spend Package: $3,500 minimum spend for the room, which can be reached via the group’s preferences (e.g., open bar, vs. cash bar, pre-order food vs. a la carte)
  • Notes: They do not serve food; you can bring outside catering

Bar and Lounge Area Group Reservations

  • Capacity: 10-200 guest reservations
  • Minimum Spend Package: $100/person minimum spend, which can be reached via the group’s preferences (e.g., open bar, vs. cash bar, pre-order food vs. a la carte)

Caledonia Bar UES

  • Capacity: Fits 40
  • Minimum Spend: $3,000 for 2 hours, $1,000 per additional hour
  • Notes: They do not serve food; you can bring outside catering

Caledonia Bar UWS

  • Capacity: Fits 50
  • Minimum Spend: $3,000 for 2 hours, $1,000 per additional hour

The Hamilton

  • Capacity: Fits 30
  • Minimum Spend: $1,500 for 2 hours, $500 per additional hour

The Hoptimist

  • Capacity: Fits 40
  • Minimum Spend: $3,000 for 2 hours, $1,000 per additional hour

The Shakespeare

  • Capacity: Bar Room Fits up to 50, Dining Room Fits 30
  • Minimum Spend: Bar Room minimum is $4,000 for 2 hours and $1,000 per additional hour. Dining Room minimum $3,000 for 2 hours and $1,000 per additional

La Pulperia

  • Capacity: Fits 40
  • Minimum Spend: $15,000 for the evening

No More Cafe: Zero-Proof Bar

  • Capacity: Fits 70
  • Minimum Spend: $2,500
  • Note: We are a non-alcoholic space. However, if you’d like to rent the space for a private party and bring your own alcohol, you’re welcome to do so. While we are not allowed to sell or serve alcohol, guests renting the space can provide and serve their own beverages.

The DOM

  • Capacity: Fits 300
  • Minimum Spend: $30,000 for the evening

The Dean

  • Capacity: Fits 300
  • Minimum Spend: $20,000 for the evening

Calle Dao: Downtown, Chelsea, Bryant Park 

  • Capacity: Fits 150-200
  • Minimum Spend: $15,000-25,000 for the evening
